Audit of approved maintenance organizations
An audit of an approved aircraft maintenance organization (AMO) is to ensure that aircraft maintenance is safe and complies with Canadian Aviation Regulation 573.
This audit can be carried out in conjunction with the flight operations audit when the carrier has its own AMO.

Audit of approved training organizations
An audit of an approved training organization (ATO) consists of verifying that the training complies with Canadian Aviation Regulations Part 4 and Standard 566.

Aircraft de-icing audit
The deicing audit consists of ensuring that deicing operations comply with Canadian Aviation Regulations CAR 602.11, as well as SAE standards AS6332, AS6286 and AS6332.

An inspection involves assessing the condition of an aircraft or helicopter to ensure that it is safe and meets airworthiness standards and that its maintenance is up to date.
This inspection includes several checks including the cell, on-board services, propulsion systems, not forgetting equipment for passenger comfort and safety.

Inspection of MEDEVAC aircraft
A medical evacuation aircraft inspection is an assessment of the aircraft's ability to meet the specific requirements of medical operations, while ensuring flight safety and the quality of care provided to patients on board.
This inspection includes both the usual technical aspects of a standard aircraft and additional checks related to medical equipment and flight operations.

Aviation Incident and Accident Investigation
An aviation investigation is a structured process described in Annex 13 of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) to clarify a fact, event, or situation. The investigation may include methods such as interviews, document review, site visits, etc.
The objective is to identify the root cause and underlying causes of the event and to recommend measures to prevent it from happening again.
