Michel Payette

President and Chief Auditor

With over 40 years of experience in aviation, Michel holds a TEA M1 and M2 license. He has gained significant expertise on various types of aircraft, ranging from the DHC-2 Beaver to the Boeing 737, for different airlines. He has also worked for Bombardier Aerospace as an inspector in both the production and experimental departments, where he discovered a passion for control and quality assurance. Michel later worked as a trainer and auditor for ƉNA. He is now the president and lead auditor for AĆ©ro Auditeurs.

Eric Bolduc

Vice President and Auditor

With over 30 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, Eric holds M1, M2, and S33 AME licences with several type ratings for both aeroplanes and helicopters. He also serves as a Ministerial Delegate (MD-M) for aircraft import and export, and possesses a private pilot licence for aeroplanes and helicopters. Throughout his career, Eric has worked in quality assurance for several airlines. He is currently Vice President at AƩro Auditeur.

Marc Girard

Auditor - investigator

With over 45 years of experience in aviation, including 31 years as an auditor, Marc holds a Category M1 and M2 AME license with endorsements on several types of aircraft, as well as an aeroplane pilot license with endorsements for night flying and float flight. He also has training as an IATA Flight Operations Manager and aircraft accident investigator. Marc began his career in helicopter maintenance. He subsequently became a trainer for the Ɖcole nationale d'aĆ©rotechnique and established the ƉNA audit department. In addition to his service as an auditor across Canada and abroad, he has been closely involved in several aircraft acquisition and evaluation mandates for Hydro-QuĆ©bec and the government air service. He has also participated in several aviation accident investigations. Today, he is part of AĆ©ro Auditeur and shares his extensive experience with our clients.

Marc-Antoine Charette

Auditor

Passionate about aviation, Marc-Antoine holds a Transport Canada M1 AME license. He began his career in maintenance and gained experience on various types of helicopters. As part of his work, he has participated in several pre-purchase inspections and helicopter import files. Since 2018, he has been a trainer at the National Aerotechnical School and teaches courses in aviation regulations and helicopter maintenance.

Manon Roy

Administrative assistant

Manon embodies the excellence and professionalism that define today’s renowned secretaries. With an impressive background, she holds a college degree in humanities, complemented by specialized training in secretarial studies. Her commitment and diligence have led her to hold key positions, notably at the Ɖcole nationale d’aĆ©rotechnique, where she worked for over 23 years in the continuing education and business services departments. Thanks to her organizational skills, discretion, and adaptability, Manon has effectively supported teams and contributed to the success of numerous projects. Today, as part of AĆ©ro Auditeur, she stands out for her central role in managing communications with clients. Manon serves as a link between various stakeholders, demonstrating remarkable initiative and a constant commitment to service quality. Her versatility, team spirit, and personal qualities inspire everyone who works with her.
